The One-Bedroom Apartment with City View looks over the city, the landmarks and the garden, and has an extra-large double bed with a futon mat instead. Choose the first for the pool outlook, the second for the city view.

The leisure side of the property is built around the swimming pool, which has a kids' pool and separate areas for children, and the spa and wellness centre, which includes a steam room. A fitness centre, bicycle rental and an outdoor dining area complete the choice, and the garden and terrace give guests outdoor space.

The restaurant has a kid-friendly buffet and kids' meals, and a coffee house, a snack bar, a bar and room service are also on site. Breakfast options are continental, buffet, vegetarian and Asian, and the apartments include a minibar.

For families, the children's play centre Điểm Vui Chơi Thiếu Nhi is 400 m away, a useful stop for young travellers who need an afternoon outside the apartment. The Air Force museum, Bảo tàng Không quân, and the Chùa Vạn Hạnh pagoda are each 600 m from the apartment.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 500 m from the apartment, and a taxi from the airport takes about five to fifteen minutes. Saigon Railway Station, the southern terminus of the national rail line, is 3.3 km away, and the Bến xe Tân Phú bus station is 2.5 km. Taxis and ride-hailing cars are the simplest way to cover the last stretch from either station.

For sights in the centre, the War Remnants Museum, which covers the Vietnam War, is 4.8 km away and Tao Dan Park, a large green space in the city centre, is 5.1 km. Chợ Hoàng Hoa Thám, a neighbourhood market for food and everyday goods, is 950 m from the apartment. Crescent Lake, in the Phu My Hung area to the south, is 10.8 km away.
